Required Ingredients
- 2kg MeatChicken, Beef or Mutton (8 to 10 pieces)
- Ginger paste1 tbsp
- Garlic paste1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice10 tbsps
- Oil2 tbsp
- Erva Tikka Masala1 packet
Steps of Cooking
- Make tiny cuts on every piece of meat.
- Mix the Erva Tikka Recipe Mix, ginger, garlic, and lemon juice thoroughly in a large bowl.
- Marinate the meat pieces with the mixed spices on both sides and cover them for 3 to 4 hours.
- Skewer the meat pieces and place them on a grill pan, cooking them thoroughly on each side.
- As soon as the tikkas turn golden, lightly coat them with oil and grill until the meat is thoroughly cooked.
- Serve the delightful tikkas made with Erva Tikka Recipe Mix alongside warm naan or roti.
