Required Ingredients

  • 1kg MeatChicken, Beef or Mutton
  • Onion - 3-4 pieces (300 g)(Medium, thinly sliced)
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp(paste)
  • Ginger - 2 tbsp(paste)
  • Tomato - 2 pieces (200 g)(Medium, thinly sliced)
  • Yogurt (beaten)1 ¼ cup (250 g)
  • Oil - (200 g)1 cup
  • Erva Qorma Masala1 packet

Steps of Cooking

  • Fry the onion in hot oil, take it out and crush.
  • Add meat, garlic and ginger to the same oil and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • Now add Erva Qorma recipe mix and yogurt to the dish, then cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Now add water (chicken 1 cup, cow/goat 3 to 4 cups) and cook on low heat till the meat is cooked.
  • Now, add the crushed onion and let it cook on a low flame until the oil is separated.
  • Serve this delightful meal made with Erva Qorma recipe mix alongside warm naan or roti.
