Required Ingredients
- 1kg MeatChicken, Beef or Mutton
- Tomato - 6 pieces (500 g)(thinly sliced & peeled off)
- Garlic - 1 tbsp(paste)
- Ginger - 1 tbsp(paste)
- Ginger - 2 tbsp(long thin cutting)
- Green Chilli - 6 - 7 pieces(whole)
- Coriander - 2 tbsp(thinly cut into pieces)
- Yogurt (250 g)(beaten)
- Oil - (200 g)1 cup
- Erva Karahi Gosht Masala1 packet
Steps of Cooking
- Add meat, tomato, garlic, and ginger paste to 1 cup of oil. Cook at high heat for 5 minutes.
- Add Erva Karahi Gosht recipe mix and cook at medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Add water (1 glass for chicken, 3 to 4 cups for beef/goat), cover, and cook on low flame until the meat is tender.
- Add the green chilies to the meat, then cook until the oil separates from the masala.
- Garnish the curry with fresh green coriander and ginger cut into long strips.
