We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Field Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers, while achieving sales targets and expanding our brand presence in the market.

• Visit retail shops, wholesalers, distributors, and other potential clients to promote and sell Erva Foods products.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent growth in assigned territories.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights to management.
• Ensure proper product display, availability, and visibility in retail outlets.
• Handle orders, deliveries, and payment collections efficiently.
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the sales manager.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of local market dynamics.
• Motorbike and valid driving license are mandatory.
