Required Ingredients
- 1kg MeatChicken, Beef or Mutton
- Tomato - 6 pieces (500 g)(Medium, thinly sliced)
- Garlic - 2 tbsp(paste)
- Ginger - 2 tbsp(paste)
- Green Chilli - 8 - 10 pieces(sliced from center)
- Yogurt (500 g)(beaten)
- Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
- Oil - (200 g)1 cup
- Erva Achar Gosht Masala1 packet
Steps of Cooking
- Mix 2 tablespoons of Erva Achar Gosht recipe mix in lemon juice and stuff it in green chilies.
- Fry meat in 1 cup of hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now add the remaining Erva Achar Gosht recipe mix, sliced tomatoes, ginger and garlic paste and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add water (1 cup for chicken, 3 to 4 cups for cow/goat), yogurt, and spicy green chilies to the mixture. Cook for 5 minutes until the meat separates from the oil.
- Now, sprinkle some coriander and ginger over the dish. Serve this delightful meal made with Erva Achar Gosht recipe mix alongside warm naan or roti.
