(English) Required Ingredients

  • 1kg MeatChicken, Beef or Mutton
  • Tomato - 6 pieces (500 g)(thinly sliced & peeled off)
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp(paste)
  • Ginger - 1 tbsp(paste)
  • Ginger - 2 tbsp(long thin cutting)
  • Green Chilli - 6 - 7 pieces(whole)
  • Coriander - 2 tbsp(thinly cut into pieces)
  • Yogurt (250 g)(beaten)
  • Oil - (200 g)1 cup
  • Erva Karahi Gosht Masala1 packet

(English) Steps of Cooking

  • Add meat, tomato, garlic, and ginger paste to 1 cup of oil. Cook at high heat for 5 minutes.
  • Add Erva Karahi Gosht recipe mix and cook at medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Add water (1 glass for chicken, 3 to 4 cups for beef/goat), cover, and cook on low flame until the meat is tender.
  • Add the green chilies to the meat, then cook until the oil separates from the masala.
  • Garnish the curry with fresh green coriander and ginger cut into long strips.
