We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Territory Sales Officer (TSO) to oversee and grow sales in an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will manage a team of salesmen/distributors, ensure product availability, and develop strong relationships with retailers and key accounts to maximize market share.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the assigned territory.
- Manage, supervise, and support Field Salesmen/Distributors to ensure smooth market operations.
- Visit markets regularly to ensure product visibility, merchandising, and placement.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand customer base, and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to provide feedback to management.
- Ensure timely order booking, deliveries, and payment collection.
- Maintain accurate sales and market records, and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales or distribution management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple markets.
- Motorbike and valid driving license are mandatory.
